Who we are

Snapline is built by Formosa Systems Ltd. Questions about your data: admin@snapline.uk.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Your business details and the jobs you add, so Snapline can work.
• How the site is used: pages visited and buttons pressed, so we can see what works and what doesn't.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog (EU servers) for analytics. Unless you accept analytics cookies, it stores nothing on your device and counts visits anonymously. If you accept, it uses cookies to recognise your browser between visits, and may record how you move around the app to help us fix problems (anything you type is hidden). You can change your choice at any time on your Account page. Signing in keeps a session in your browser; that is needed for the site to work.

Where it's kept

Your account and jobs are stored with Supabase in London. Our servers run on Railway in Amsterdam and Vercel. Sign-in emails are sent by Resend. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email us and we'll do it.
